Dounia Mansour focuses her practice on issues related to the structuring, establishment and distribution of onshore and offshore investment funds, including debt funds, infrastructure funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, as well as funds of funds and feeder-master structures. 

Ms. Mansour's practice includes fundraising on behalf of sponsors and/or management companies, the negotiation of legal documentation on behalf of institutional investors (mainly sovereign funds, pension funds, development finance institutions and family offices) and the regulatory aspects of these operations in Europe and the Middle East.
