Dr. Sebastian Häfele is a corporate partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises on all aspects of German corporate and capital markets law, in particular capital markets transactions, public takeovers, corporate reorganizations as well as national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
