Position
Gabe Harley is a restructuring partner in Kirkland's London office. Gabe has experience advising debtors and creditors on cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, administrations, CVAs and schemes of arrangement. Gabe also advises investment banks, hedge funds and private equity houses in their review and diligence of European investment opportunities in par, stressed and distressed transactions.
