The firm has a strong presence before the Federal Circuit, which hears federal cases involving patents and trademark registrations, among other specialist issues. Key contact John O’Quinn, who is based in Washington DC, is particularly recommended for IP and regulatory appeals and has argued more than fifty patent appeals in the Federal Circuit.
