In the domestic area, Greg has advised clients on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, IPOs, joint ventures, debt restructurings, bankruptcy and general tax planning. He also regularly advises clients on tax aspects of complex cross-border transactions.
