Miranda Means is a partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on litigation and counseling in the fields of copyright, trademark, right of publicity, art, internet and advertising law. She represents clients on matters implicating a range of media (social media, video games, fine art, sports, music, film) and technologies (artificial intelligence, computer software, consumer electronics). Miranda’s pro bono work has included an assortment of IP matters, as well as matters focused on protecting LGBTQ+ rights.
