Pierre-Luc Arsenault is a corporate partner in the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Pierre advises strategic and private equity clients on a wide variety of complex transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and joint ventures. Additionally, he counsels clients on corporate governance matters. Pierre has over 15 years of Asia experience, during which he has led Asia transactions for many leading sponsors.

Pierre is recognized as “Highly Regarded” in Private Equity by IFLR1000 2023 - 2024. Who's Who Legal also recognized Pierre as a “Thought Leader” in 2023 and as a “Global Leader” in 2022 for M&A.
