Winn Allen is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Washington, D.C. office. He litigates complex commercial cases at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts across the country. He has handled cases on a broad array of subject matters, including antitrust, contracts, class actions, fraud, labor and employment, mass torts, mergers and acquisitions, products liability, and unfair trade practices.
