Jeremy Fielding is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Dallas office. A versatile trial lawyer, Jeremy has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex, bet-the-company commercial disputes, ranging from complex business and energy litigation to antitrust and product defect matters. He has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar jury verdicts and settlements for plaintiff clients, including a multi-hundred-million-dollar jury verdict in 2014, one of the largest verdicts in the U.S. that year. Jeremy also has a First Amendment practice, representing companies in challenging commercial marketing regulations and restrictions on free speech grounds. Jeremy has won these cases at both the trial and appellate level, resulting in the invalidation of dozens of such regulations and restrictions across the country. For his pioneering work in this area, the National Law Journal recognized Jeremy as a First Amendment Trailblazer.
