David Rosenberg is a partner in the Real Estate Group in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has extensive experience advising clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, joint ventures and all types of real estate-based debt financings.
