Kevin focuses on capital investments within all segments of the capital stack, programmatic and one-off joint ventures, financings, property and operating company acquisitions. His practice includes all asset classes, with a particular emphasis on logistics and industrial assets, office, hospitality, multi-family, self-storage and other assets located throughout the United States and abroad.
