Chris Mizzo is a trial lawyer who focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Over the past 20 years, Chris has gained extensive experience in all phases of litigation, has first- chaired high-stakes, bet-the-company cases, and routinely tries cases in federal and state courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. In addition to his trial work, Chris has experience conducting post-grant reviews before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
