Karen Ho is a partner of the Asia debt finance practice of Kirkland & Ellis. Karen focuses on advising global private equity sponsors, credit funds and strategic investors on cross-border leveraged financings, real estate financings, structured financings, margin financings and special situations transactions across the Asia Pacific region.
