Career

Amy Ngan is a partner in the litigation team in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. Amy has extensive experience on a number of complex commercial and insolvency related disputes across multiple jurisdictions including Hong Kong, China, North America, Singapore and the Caribbean. Amy also has particular experience with urgent injunction applications, asset recovery and tracing, enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards, professional negligence, fund and shareholder disputes.

Amy has been named a “Future Star” in Commercial and Transactions, as well as Insolvency for China and Hong Kong by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific in 2024.
