Justin Dolling is an investment funds partner in Hong Kong. He advises fund sponsors in relation to the structuring and establishment of private equity, special situations, credit, real asset and secondaries investment funds. He also advises on carried interest and co-investment plans, strategic transactions and liquidity options, bridge financings, minority sales of sponsor interests and spin-outs of investment teams. Justin has been recognized for numerous years as a leading lawyer for investment funds by a number of reputable legal publications, including in the latest edition of Chambers Greater China, Chambers Global, Legal 500 Greater China, IFLR1000 and Who’s Who Legal.
