As member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Practice Group Felipe serves as counsel to national and foreign clients in complex litigation before the administrative jurisdiction and national and international Arbitration tribunals.

Felipe serves as counsel to national and foreign clients, and state entities, in complex litigation before the administrative jurisdiction, constitutional actions, administrative proceedings and national and international arbitration tribunals. He has worked in arbitrations conducted under ICC, UNCITRAL, SCC and the Arbitration Center of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce Rules, in disputes  involving infrastructure, energy, mergers and acquisitions, mining, oil and gas disputes.

Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He holds a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from the same university and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution and Management from the University of Dundee.
