Thomas Weitkamp, a leading German finance lawyer, advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border finance and financial restructuring transactions. Mr. Weitkamp is admitted as a lawyer and solicitor (England and Wales).

Mr. Weitkamp advises private equity funds, debt funds, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on complex financing structures, including:
