Drawing upon significant environmental regulatory knowledge, New York-based Gary Gengel  is appreciated by clients within the defense, automotive and chemicals sectors, among others, for his ability to provide a holistic offering across compliance, remediation and toxic tort litigation matters. Boston-based Gwyn Williams heads up the overarching product liability, mass tort and consumer class action group which houses the underlying toxic tort offering. Kegan Brown left the firm during 2023.
