Keith L. Halverstam is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and local Co-chair of the Corporate Department. Mr. Halverstam's practice focuses primarily on capital markets and general securities and corporate matters. Mr. Halverstam has experience in a broad range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured high-yield offerings, initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. In addition, Mr. Halverstam regularly advises public company clients on corporate, securities and governance issues. Mr. Halverstam also has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in syndicated lending transactions and has represented sellers and buyers in public and private mergers and acquisition transactions.
