Matthew Henegar

Matt henegar is a partner in the new york office of latham & watkins. Mr. Henegar is a member of the finance department and the project finance, banking and derivatives practices. Mr. Henegar represents financial institutions, developers and private equity sponsors in all phases of the development, financing and restructuring of power, renewable energy, oil and gas, and other infrastructure projects.
