Benjamin Han

Benjamin Han is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.

Mr. Han assists in the representation of leading Japanese and multinational companies on a variety of intellectual property and commercial matters, including:

Intellectual property licensing, sale, and other transactions Joint development, joint venture, strategic alliance, and outsourcing arrangements Product manufacturing, supply, and distribution arrangements

Mr. Han has assisted in the representation of clients in a variety of industries, including companies in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Han was an associate at a leading international law firm in Tokyo.
