Jan Baker is of counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Baker is a member of the Finance Department and former global Co-chair of the firm’s Restructuring, Insolvency & Workouts Practice. Mr. Baker represents companies, lenders, committees, acquirers and other parties in connection with restructuring matters. As part of his company-side practice, he regularly advises boards of directors on matters related to corporate governance and fiduciary duty.
