Stephen Amdur is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.  Mr. Amdur has a broad-based practice, representing public and private companies, including private equity and venture capital investment funds, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, tender offers, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. He has represented numerous public companies, private equity firms and financial advisors in transactions involving US and foreign companies across a wide range of industries, including financial services, life sciences, media, sports, retail, chemicals, energy, telecommunications and manufacturing.
