Tim Coxon advises financial institutions, corporations, developers, and private equity firms on financing transactions, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.

Dual-qualified to practice law in New York and in England and Wales, Tim helps clients navigate complex financings in the United States and internationally. His experience includes advising clients on the development, construction, and financing of power, oil and gas and infrastructure projects, with a focus on renewable energy. He also regularly handles corporate and leveraged financings for some of the world’s largest energy corporations and private equity sponsors.
