Focuses his practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, strategic partnerships, spin-offs and joint ventures, representing private equity firms and public and private companies. Also advises on corporate governance issues, defensive strategy, securities law compliance and other general corporate matters. Clients include private investment funds managed by Goldman, Sachs & Co.; Permira Advisors LLC; and Citadel Investment Group and their portfolio companies, and other public and private companies.

Mr. Mangino joined the firm's London office in 2000 and transferred to Washington, DC is 2003; became partner in 2006.

Mr. Mangino received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1998 and his BA from the University of Virginia in 1995.
