Dominic Yoong is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins, and is a member of the Finance Department. Mr. Yoong previously served as the Chair of the Los Angeles Finance Department.  Mr. Yoong's practice focuses on the representation of investment fund advisors, business development companies, large financial institutions, issuers, borrowers and other institutional investors in complex financing transactions and other general business transactions.
