James Gorton, a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, is a current member of the firm's Executive Committee, Chair of the Strategic Client Committee and Co-chair of the Communications Industry Group. He is an influential member of the M&A, Telecommunications and Media, Corporate Governance and FinTech Practices.
