Matthew Roskoski serves as Deputy General Counsel for Latham & Watkins LLP. Mr. Roskoski sits on the firm’s Ethics Committee and the Security Committee.

Prior to joining the General Counsel’s office, Mr. Roskoski was a litigation associate in Latham’s Washington D.C. office, focused on securities and appellate matters. Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Roskoski clerked for the Hon. Patrick Higginbotham, US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
