Steven Betensky is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Betensky is a member of the Corporate Department where his practice concentrates on technology, trademark and other intellectual property transactions.  Mr. Betensky has particular experience in drafting and negotiating trademark and patent licensing agreements and technology transfers, arising out of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, project financings and privatizations. He also works on information technology related acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements and similar transactions, particularly on behalf of regulated financial institutions
