Elizabeth Oh is a partner in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Finance Department.

Elizabeth advises lenders, borrowers, and equity sponsors on a full range of financings. She particularly focuses on technology-related private equity, growth equity, and emerging growth debt transactions, and works with companies at all stages of growth to arrange for the funds they need to succeed and grow, from start up through to IPO.
