David Kahn is the chair of the Boston Office Tax Department and of the firm's Tax-Exempt Organization Practice. While Mr. Kahn's tax practice is broad based, his areas of concentration include the federal taxation of corporations, s-corporations and partnerships, including the federal tax consequences associated with taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions and dispositions, spin-offs, and corporate and partnership reorganizations.
