William Trach is a partner in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department and White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice. Mr. Trach focuses on white collar crime, government investigations and complex civil litigation. His practice has included representing individuals and corporations in a variety of criminal and civil matters, including securities fraud, bribery and RICO cases.
