Vik Puri is a member of the Finance Department with a focus on banking and other financing transactions. He has significant experience in representing lenders and borrowers in both domestic and international transactions involving secured and unsecured financing transactions, including working capital financing, asset-based financing, acquisition financing and debtor-in-possession financing. In addition, Mr. Puri has significant experience representing lenders in restructurings and work-outs of troubled loan facilities.
