Mohammed Shaheen is a partner in the Finance Department in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. He regularly represents financial institutions and borrowers in the syndicated loan markets and in a variety of industries and sectors. 

Mr. Shaheen’s primary practice involves the structuring, negotiation and administration of senior credit facilities, including acquisition, asset-based, bridge, cross-border and multi-currency financings. His work has spanned a wide range of industries and sectors, including consumer goods, financial services, art, technology, telecommunication, media, metals, energy, pharmaceuticals, real estate and publishing.
