Gregory Hannibal is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he is a member of the Tax Department and Investment Funds Practice.  Mr. Hannibal represents corporate and investment management clients on a variety of capital markets and strategic transactions involving partnership, corporate and international tax matters. He regularly advises investment management clients on tax matters relating to the formation, investment-related structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of investments.
