Elizabeth Jaffe is counsel in the Real Estate Group of the Finance Department in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Jaffe's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate law including commercial dispositions and acquisitions, development projects, leasing matters and commercial mortgage loan transactions. Ms. Jaffe has represented borrowers and lenders in a variety of secured transactions including securitized financings, participations and syndications secured by a range of property types including hotels, shopping centers, amusement parks, office buildings and power plants. Ms. Jaffe also has considerable experience with the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate banking and secured high yield transactions.
