Peter M. Labonski is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Labonski is the global Chair of the firm's Strategic Client Committee. He is the former local Corporate Department Chair and served as the Administrative Partner for the firm’s New York office from 2001 to 2010. Mr. Labonski’s practice focuses primarily on corporate finance and general securities and corporate matters, both in the US and globally.
