Colin Bumby is counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He represents private equity funds and public and private companies in connection with various matters.  Mr. Bumby's domestic and international practice spans a variety of sectors, ranging from energy to manufacturing, media, retail, healthcare and defense.
