Jordan Miller is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. Miller's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, asset carve-outs, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. He has represented private equity firms and public and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions in a broad array of industries, including retail, entertainment and media, gaming, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, education, internet and technology.
