Mark Morris is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the firm's Finance Department.  Mr. Morris represents private equity sponsors, public companies and alternative debt providers on cross-border and domestic leveraged financings, asset-based financings, senior secured lending and complex restructurings.
