Eugene Mazzaro is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Mazzaro is the local Chair of the New York Finance Department and a member of the Banking and Capital Markets Practices. Mr. Mazzaro's practice focuses primarily on the representation of financial institutions, as well as borrowers and issuers, in leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financing.
