Betsy J. Mukamal is counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Finance Department. Ms. Mukamal's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate law with a particular concentration on acquisitions and dispositions, ground leasing, joint ventures, landlord and tenant side leasing, and real estate financing (leasehold, securitized, second-lien and mezzanine).
