Jonathan Solomon is Co-chair of the Chicago Corporate Department. His practice encompasses a wide variety of M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic investments, joint ventures and related general corporate governance. Mr. Solomon regularly advises both public and privately held companies, as well as private equity funds, family offices and their portfolio companies.
