Farrell Malone is counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice. His practice is focused on a range of competition and antitrust law matters in the United States, Europe and other jurisdictions worldwide.

Mr. Malone has advised clients on merger reviews by the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the European Commission and other antitrust authorities. He has significant litigation and antitrust counseling experience, including in both civil and criminal antitrust investigations of various business practices worldwide.
