Ms. Gragert is a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department and the Mentoring Committee. She focuses her practice on complex litigation, representing diverse clients in a variety of high-profile and cutting edge complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters at both the trial and appellate levels in jurisdictions around the country. Among other areas, she has practiced in commercial and corporate disputes; sports litigation; and product liability, tort, toxic tort, insurance and class actions litigations. With plaintiffs seeking substantial damages, these matters are frequently “bet-the-company” litigations.
