J. Michael Chambers, a partner in the Houston office, focuses his practice on leveraged finance and other debt and equity capital markets transactions. Mr. Chambers has particular experience in public and private high yield bond offerings, credit facilities, including term loan facilities and reserve based revolving credit facilities, initial public offerings and public and private equity offerings. Mr. Chambers' representations include underwriters, lenders and financial institutions, as well as issuers and borrowers.
