David J. Miller is a partner in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins. He focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and companies in a variety of public and private financing transactions focused primarily on the energy space, including secured and unsecured high yield debt offerings, initial public offerings, bridge lending and loan commitments and liability management.
