Glen B. Collyer is a partner in the Los Angeles office’s Finance Department. Mr. Collyer is the Vice Chair of the firm’s West Coast Finance Committee. He was previously Chair of the Los Angeles Finance Department and the Banking Practice.

Mr. Collyer's practice includes representation of lenders, borrowers and equity sponsors in the structuring and documenting of financing transactions for public and private financing transactions.
