Mr. Michael J. Faris is local Co-chair of the Litigation & Trial Department. He has extensive experience in complex litigation matters, with a focus on securities and professional liability litigation. He has experience in all aspects of complex cases, including fact and expert discovery, complex motions practice and trial. Mr. Faris has argued significant motions to dismiss and for summary judgment in federal court, has conducted direct and cross examinations in large jury trials, and has conducted solo bench trials and arbitrations in smaller matters.
