Hugh draws on almost two decades of experience advising clients on high-value leveraged finance and restructuring transactions, including:

• Holdco PIK
• Margin Loans
• Asset based financings

Hugh trained at another international law firm and spent his early career at Latham & Watkins, during which time he was seconded to Goldman Sachs. Before returning to Latham he practiced with other international law firms.
